Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions implementation, configuration, integrations, and production support in large enterprise environments.

Key Skills

  • Experience with UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions implementations including configuration, rollout, and support.
  • Strong experience building and troubleshooting integrations using Dell Boomi and APIs.
  • Knowledge of WFD components such as Business Structure, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Analytics & Reporting, Device and Mobile Configuration.
  • Experience with modules including Timekeeper, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, Attestation, Advanced Scheduler, and Activities.
  • Ability to develop custom reports and support incident, problem, and change management.
  • Strong understanding of translating business requirements into system configurations.

Good to Have

  • UKG Pro Integration or WFM certification.
  • Experience with Kronos WFC, WIM interfaces, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Dell Boomi integrations for UKG Dimensions.
  • Support migration from Kronos WFC to UKG Dimensions.
  • Work closely with teams to resolve issues and support critical production scenarios.

Role Overview

Dimensions Tech Partners Inc. is seeking an experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Support Lead to manage production support, system stability, and continuous improvement of UKG Pro WFM solutions while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for UKG Pro WFM modules such as Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals/Leave, and Time Clocks.
  • Manage ticket triage, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and SLA compliance.
  • Lead major incident response, problem management, and recurring issue resolution.
  • Oversee configuration governance (pay rules, work rules, shift rules, accrual policies, approvals).
  • Support system updates, releases, and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll to ensure accurate time-to-pay processing and pay period close.
  • Monitor integrations with HRIS, payroll, APIs, and middleware systems.
  • Manage security roles, permissions, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide user training and operational support to improve system adoption.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience with UKG Pro WFM support in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of time capture, scheduling, leave/accruals, exceptions, and pay period close processes.
  • Experience with incident, problem, and change management practices.
  • Ability to translate business rules and labor policies into system configurations.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams.

Role Overview

Dimensions Tech Partners Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of technology solutions that improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Conduct process analysis and workflow documentation to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
  • Support system testing, UAT coordination, and validation of delivered solutions.
  • Assist with data analysis, reporting, and business insights to support decision-making.
  • Maintain project documentation, requirement traceability, and change management records.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review requirements, progress, and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
  • Experience working with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar requirement management tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
